Construction Tech Executive with a dual background in civil engineering and architecture, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational leadership.At Lafarge (now Holcim & Amrize), I spent 10 years developing and scaling Ductal®, a breakthrough ultra-high-performance concrete. From early-stage R&D pilot projects to international business development, I contributed to turning a disruptive material into a globally recognized infrastructure solution. I spent six years in the United States, where I led major architectural and infrastructure projects and successfully established Ductal® as a reference on the North American market.Before turning 40, I was then appointed Managing Director of Aevia, a specialist subsidiary of Eiffage focused on structural repair and post-tensioning. I led the company’s growth to over €60M in revenue and 250 employees, with full responsibility for operations, business development, and profitability.Since 2023, I have been serving as President of XtreeE, a deeptech company pioneering large-scale 3D concrete printing.
