I graduated from Hampton University with a BA in Journalism in 2017, and since then, I have been working in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Currently, I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at MITRE, a nonprofit organization that operates federally funded research and development centers. In this role, I partner with 3-5 Talent Advisors by scheduling interviews, managing the candidate experience, and ensuring the compliance of our recruiting process. I also participate in various operations-based meetings and work with Executive Assistants and Admins to coordinate interview schedules and feedback. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that strives to meet and exceed our hiring goals. I bring my skills in social networking, customer relationship management, and human resources to support the talent acquisition team and the organization\'s mission.
