Redesigned ceramic water filter series; reducing cost by 75% and EOL quality rejects by 90% and increasing revenue by 10X and the number of customer trials by 15X in year 1. Headed successful production of portable air cleaners during COVID-19, including sourcing of all mechanical components and shipping the first unit to the customer 37 days after the project started, leading to the generation of $5M in sales in 18 months. Oversaw design, sourcing, and development of pilot production lines for ceramic membranes, water filter modules, portable air cleaners, ion exchange filters, and pressure/temperature sensors ($2.2M).
