ABOUT DOMINIK JUNG
I\'m team lead in data science and AI @Porsche and AI lecturer/researcher @TU Darmstadt with over a decade of hands-on experience in applied AI and business analytics, specializing in conversational agents and decision support systems. My areas of expertise include:• AI Product Management: Managing the lifecycle of AI products from concept to deployment, partnering with POs, engineering, and business leadership to define and communicate the strategic narrative of AI products.• Data Science & Analytics: Extracting actionable insights and implementing solutions with Python (scikit-learn, keras, django), R (tidyverse, shiny, r-connect) or tools like Tableau or SAP SAC.• Data & Analytics Platforms: Leveraging platforms and architectures for data analytics/AI operations, data management, engineering and governance like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), MS Azure or Cloudera.• Conversational AI: Designing and deploying conversational agents, including chatbots and virtual assistants with e.g. LLMs, to enhance customer interactions.• HAI/HAX Research: Developing and implementing research studies or prototypes that provide foundational learning to inform business/product strategy or product development.As active researcher, I am author of many papers, patents in AI/CS/IS and a book about business data analytics (ISBN 97••••••••64).
