I’m committed to driving innovation, resolving technical issues, and sharing knowledge across teams to excel in all aspects of our work.As the technical leader for our Migration and Growth squads, I ensure that our projects align with our company’s technical direction and project execution meets high standards of quality and efficiency. I collaborate with the leads of both teams to ensure that the needs of both squads are met and that we leverage opportunities for collaboration between them. I report directly to the Head of Engineering and work closely with the Principal Engineer to ensure our work aligns with the company’s long-term technical goals.
