Lead enterprise talent and professional services engagements, delivering scalable staffing and managed services solutions across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models through Evergreen’s global platform- Own account strategy, growth, and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise clients, partnering with executive and technology stakeholders to align staffing and services solutions to business and delivery needs-Provide end-to-end workforce solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, permanent placement, and managed services, supporting complex technology and business initiatives at scale- Manage and support 75+ consultants concurrently across enterprise clients, ensuring high engagement, performance, and retention across distributed global teams- Lead client onboarding and commercial execution, including capability presentations, MSA negotiation, contract redlines, execution, and seamless transition from presales to delivery- Support and contribute to enterprise RFPs and RFIs, partnering with solutions, delivery, and leadership teams to shape staffing models, service delivery approach, and global workforce strategy- Deliver staffing and services solutions across Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, QA, and Enterprise Applications, aligning talent strategy to client technology roadmaps- Establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes to ensure SLA adherence, transparency, and successful delivery across staffing and managed services engagements- Partner cross-functionally with delivery, recruiting, legal, finance, and executive leadership to execute large-scale staffing and services programs globally- Support training, onboarding, and development of multiple new hires year over year, enabling them to ramp effectively and perform at a high level within their first 9 months at the company- Directly manage and coach three direct reports, ensuring they deliver client, revenue, and operational results.
