ABOUT DOMINIK SZLOSARCZYK

I am a passionate leader with a strong connection to value-adding innovative technology.I started my working career as a dual student at Siemens in 2010, working in Unified Communications (UC) Operations, completing my Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) education as an IT-Specialist for System Integration and graduating as Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communication Technology.I continued my working career at IBM, where I gained additional in-depth hands-on expertise in Server Infrastructure, Cloud and Analytics. I discovered my talent and passion for customer-centricity and consultative selling, resulting into the completion of the IBM Global, with Distinction. One of my customers was Bosch, which I valued very much in their collaborative culture and high-tech solutions.At Bosch I provided excellent Data Analytics and Data Management project delivery for our Bosch Business Units in the Connected Industry and Manufacturing domain resulting in highest customer satisfaction scores and 7 digits annual cost savings. For me, structure and leadership, leading myself and others are very important. Therefore, I completed the highest Bosch Project Management Qualification, including the Project Management Professional® certification.To grow further, I changed organisations within Bosch from Project Lead in the Connected Industry domain to the Squad Lead of Business Development of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Bosch Digital. My main motivation here is to learn Cloud and how it will scale our business, from strategic until hands-on level.Here, from 11/2023 I started my first Team Lead role in the Bosch Digital Cloud Advisory Europe. I am looking forward to this great journey!Also I am a passionate dancer and self-development enthusiast, excited about opportunities to grow.
