ABOUT DOMINIK LEOPOLD
Being in the Real Estate business for more than 12 years, I have been structuring, arranging and successfully negotiating the debt financing for over 70 transactions concluded with a volume of more than 3 bn EUR. As senior relationship manager and transaction originator, I was responsible for the acquisition, negotiation and execution of Pan-European real estate loans in order to finance the acquisition, the refinancing or refurbishment international properties for a variety of international clients, amongst others, institutional investors, German KAGB-funds, pension funds, asset and investment managers, family offices, HNWI ́s, developers etc.Since 2023 I am working on the investor side, being responsible for the global arrangement and execution of all kind of real estate loans on behalf of various European, Australian, US and Latin American Fund mandates.
