Software Domain Manager and Control Account Manager of CAT IVa SD & D US Navy target program. Provide overall domain guidance and ensure CMMI Level 3 compliant, disciplined software development. Coordinate processes of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with members across internal developers and leadership teams of subcontractors in multiple timezones. Establish, define software development approach (UML, Artisan, Rhapsody). Document and maintain Software Development Plan throughout software product development lifecycle. Manage change control through Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) teams to generate, monitor, approve, and implement builds, releases, corrective actions and change requests. Generate Software Requirements Specification (SRS), through analysis, allocation, decomposition, and derivation in coordination with Systems Engineering flow down of System/Segment/Detailed Specifications. Architect, model and document software design in UML (Rhapsody) and integrate with requirements management tool (DOORS) and ensure bi-directional end-to-end traceability of requirements from top level to detailed item specifications to models to code. Coordinate, conduct and document Software Specification Review (SSR) and support SE with System Requirements Review (SRR) and System Functional Review (SFR). Develop, execute, monitor and maintain Software Configuration Management Plan, Software Measurement Plan and Software Quality Assurance Plan. Conduct formal FQT. Monitor compliance in the software development process, documentation, and metrics.
