About Dominic Pynes
I have had the pleasure of working with great teams at various divisions of PCE since 1994. I am currently Division President of Lincoln Plastics and have held other senior operational roles at several of our other small divisions. Prior to PCE, I spent the first 10 years of my career as a Navy Fighter Pilot and commercial pilot. As part of my responsibilities as a Junior Naval Officer, I led several divisions in the maintenance and operational departments – in hindsight, it was a perfect foundation for my roles within PCE.The most rewarding aspect of my current job is to help build future leaders who have a great appreciation for team work, collaboration and sound business principles. In 2013, our division, in conjunction with our Lincoln sister companies, was recognized as the Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacture of the Year.Outside of \'day job\' responsibilities, I have a passion for entrepreneurism and staying involved in the local start-up ecosystem. I have been a Core Mentor of NMotion, a start-up Accelerator in Lincoln, NE that is part of Gener8tor and the Global Accelerator Network. I am also an investor and board member of RealmFive, an AgTech start-up in Lincoln.
