Dominic J. Perri is a nationally-recognized consultant who has provided strategic planning, leadership training, and facilitation to over 100 organizations in more than 30 states. He is a certified executive coach working with IMPACT Group and other organizations to serve corporate CEOs, high potential leaders, university presidents and national religious and nonprofit leaders.A sample of his recent projects includes: • Designed and delivered leadership training programs for CareerBuilder, McKesson Specialty Health, Consulate Healthcare and Chicago Symphony Orchestra.• Led strategic planning processes for DePaul University, Loyola University, and United Way of Central Indiana.• Developed and led change management processes for Randstad Corporation, Spherion Corporation and Muscular Dystrophy Association. Dominic recently co-authored a national study of strategic planning practices among non-profits, published in the journal Strategy and Leadership. His articles have appeared in numerous other publications, and he frequently presents at numerous national conferences. He has delivered leadership training programs across the U.S. on topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, increasing collaboration and teamwork and managing people of different generations.Dominic has served as faculty for The Hay Leadership Project at DePaul University and has been a member of the board of directors of the Organization Development Network of Chicago. Other professional memberships include the Academy of Management, Association for Strategic Planning and the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits.Dominic graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Physics from The Catholic University of America, with minors in both religion and philosophy. He also has an M.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
