I\'ve operated inside both public & private sector as a Management Consultant. I\'m experienced in setting up & running PMO\'s as well as overseeing delivery of multi-million pound, business critical cost reduction programmes.I\'m PRINCE2 qualified & having played the role of PMO Manager, PMO Support & PMO Analyst on numerous occasions I\'m adept to providing Board & Exec level management with fit for purpose information.
