Since joining partner, Scott O\'Donnell, in 2003 to focus on investment property dispositions, the team has grown to become one of the largest and most active investment sales teams in South Florida. Together with partners, Miguel Alcivar, Jason Hochman and Greg Miller, the team consistently ranks among the nation\'s top producing teams. Montazemi has executed and managed in excess of $1.5 billion of investment property sales. Montazemi spearheads business development efforts, marketing and navigating complex transactions through closing.
