In order to have a successful eBay shop you must be able to provide satisfactory customer service and to do this you must communicate effectively by replying to messages promptly. Doing this increases customer engagement and sales as well as increasing customer satisfaction.I have efficiently managed the stock of over 200 items and ensured they were stored correctly and safely. In order to keep track of the items that were sold, and which hadn’t, I kept records on an excel spreadsheet. I am now able to source items and identify which products will be profitable and at what price. I have found that electronics sell the best as there is a lot of demand for this type of item.Finally, I am now confident shipping items both nationally and internationally. I have experience shipping with DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail, DPS and FedEx. Running my eBay shop has allowed me to become more organised, efficient and financially stable as I have been able to declutter whilst making money.
