Supervised and lead the team in preparation of monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS- Manage the monthly financial close process including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting/billing policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process, and system changes- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal control policies- Work with Audit including PBC requests, Tax and Treasury to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities- Work closely with the HQ accounting team in KOREA to ensure and maintain the accuracy of the consolidated financial statement - Coordinate yearly business planning process with other departments- Overview and control the overall company’s budget and manage each of item of budget- Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations
