Over the last 9 months, I have delivered a million-dollar savings and improved service levels. Specifically, I implemented lean methodologies to streamline workflows and consolidate roles while also deploying tech-enabled solutions to drive efficiencies. For example, I put a new automated triage tool in place that has reduced workloads for our operations team and improved the productivity of the underwriting-submissions-review process.Managing with a bias toward action and positive transformation, I have navigated my teams through ongoing change. From corporate restructurings to leadership gaps/transitions, shifts in industry-specific legislative/regulatory mandates, and the implementation of emerging technologies, we have embraced this change—together—as opportunities for improvement.
