Deputy Army Capabilities Manager and Senior Technical Advisor to the Army Capabilities Manager-Stryker Brigade Combat Team (ACM-SBCT). Responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing intensive management for all actions related to the integration of doctrine, organizations, training, leader development, materiel, leader development, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) domains within the SBCT and the testing, training and fielding. Assists the ACM as the primary user representative for the Stryker Family of Vehicles and the SBCT formation, coordinates total system management user requirements through the various staff elements of the US Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), other TRADOC Schools and Centers when lead proponent, TRADOC, DA, DoD, active and reserve component SBCTs, foreign/NATO Armed Services, Materiel Developer and industry. Serves as the team\'s principal point of contact in planning, coordinating and managing all SBCT DOTMLPF integration efforts.• Developed requirements for, gained Chief of Staff of the Army approval and funding for, and participated in the selection a $900M, multi-year upgrade• Led the integration efforts that ensured ensure all formations were staffed, equipped, and trained to employ four new production Stryker upgrades while also conducting analysis to support the development of five others• Led teams on multiple occasions that gained resources from Congress and the Department of Defense to pursue necessary programmatic priorities
