   WeLink Communications is a Wireless Fiber Internet Service Provider. They bring internet to users homes via antenna arrays installed on users rooftops and towers. While working for WeLink Communications I was tasked with building the company infrastructure on Point of Presence (POP). This was usually on a commercial building or tower. I installed and configured Siklu and Aviat backbone radios. I achieved a ComTrain Tower climber/ Rescuer certification. I would also assist in installing point to multipoint radio arrays at end user sites this would include all interior setups and activation. I was also issues a take home company service truck as to make it easier to respond directly to emergencies. I would also test cables to ensure the best possible connections with the least amount of interference. I also acted as an apprentice electrician installing low voltage circuits and adding high voltage circuits to utility panels. I was also tasked with some travel in this role. I built WeLinks Washington DC backbone network (places also traveled Tucson and Las Vegas Nevada
