I am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. I joined Jacobs with a broad range of experience in systems integration, design coordination, and programme management, across rail infrastructure, oil and gas, aerospace, nuclear and defence. I am a subject matter expert in leading systems integration across the full project lifecycle within challenging commercial, time, and scope constraints, and I have a track record of supporting successful project delivery with both clients and contractors.I hold the role of Enterprise Requirements Lead for the Transpennine Route Upgrade. In this capacity I develop, maintain and manage the enterprise requirements baseline for the programme and provide traceability to the client requirements. I manage change control against the baseline requirements sets and maintain the integrity of the information in the requirements management software. I support the overall governance of the TRU requirements management processes and provide process and toolset training. I collaborate and co-ordinate with the enterprise partners to ensure key outputs address all elements of the programme.
