Regional Program Manager, acting as a bridge between Corp and ~30 Commercial Managers across EMEA and by proxy a community of ~240 employees, based across EMEA. • Owns and executes global and regional launches, from a Commercial Perspective, across Azure, GitHub and our Go-To-Market Strategy, empowerment design, pricing, launch readiness & change management. • Readiness launch lead for MACC & MCA-E program worldwide in partnership with Business Planning. • Regularly hosting and comfortable being the face of an event, across annual summits (300+ attendees), monthly all-Community calls (150+) and regional manager connections. In addition, I am experienced in event planning, agenda design, content creation, review, speaker prep and attendee experience. • Skilled in actioning feedback with corporate teams to develop and adapt programs. Well versed in leading the conversation to identify areas for improvement across processes, operations and readiness. • Able to build, manage, mediate, deescalate & maintain Senior Leader/Manager relationships. • Active in wellbeing discussions, their impact on community, as well as to influence & plan change. • Supporting role in the headcount creation, across ~200 ICs and 25+ Managers.
