Dominic Vaccaro has served as President of Real Estate at Burlington Capital since 2015, overseeing all of the company’s real estate operations including acquisitions, development and property management. Since joining the company in 2001, he has led a variety of privately and publicly developed and financed projects ranging from market rate multifamily, military, veteran, student, senior, and affordable housing. Vaccaro has been responsible for the acquisition and/or development of 17 market-rate or affordable multifamily projects with asset values totaling in excess of $145 million. He has also been primarily responsible for the company’s efforts with public-private partnerships including eight privatized student housing projects with asset values totaling in excess of $170 million and the military housing privatization at Offutt Air Force Base with development costs of $240 million and over housing units. He is experienced in the structuring and issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, acquisition and development of multifamily properties, including both construction and permanent financing, and the management of portfolios of real estate. Vaccaro has a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from Creighton University.
