ABOUT DOMINIC SCHOFIELD
I am a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry in London having joined the firm in 2010. I have led the Board & CEO Services Practice since 2017 and was appointed chair of the UK Board and CEO Practice in September 2025. Over the past 15 years, I have advised FTSE and European companies on Chair, CEO and Board appointments, bringing greater diversity to leadership teams and supporting succession at the highest levels.My work spans the UK and international markets (including Spain, France, Ireland, the Nordics, Belgium and the Middle East) covering Board effectiveness, CEO succession, and senior leadership assessment and coaching. Earlier in my career, I held senior roles with Heidrick & Struggles, Whitehead Mann, and as Policy Director and special adviser in UK politics and the UK Government, as well as living and working across Russia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Spain and France.Passionate about social mobility and gender diversity, I support initiatives to widen access to leadership and serve as a Non-Executive Director of Premier Media Group and adviser to the “25 x 25” campaign to increase the number of female FTSE CEOs.Fluent in Russian and Spanish and proficient in French and Italian (with rusty Arabic and Hebrew), I hold an MA in Russian & International Relations from St Andrews and completed executive education at Chicago Booth. I am also an EMCC-accredited executive coach trained by Meyler Campbell.
