My role centers on ensuring we grow with purpose, integrity, and clarity—supporting initiatives that strengthen our people, enhance our processes, and drive sustainable revenue growth.Over the past several years, I’ve championed a transformative shift in how we think about our future—from implementing our first comprehensive strategic plan, to modernizing our approach to business development through a robust CRM-backed system and data-driven forecasting. These efforts have enabled us to chart deliberate courses in our key markets, strengthen client relationships, and cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and clarity.My work spans multiple departments, from marketing and business development to operations, estimating, and VDC. I’ve been a catalyst in launching our talent acquisition function, advancing continuous improvement initiatives, and integrating technology tools to inform smarter decisions and empower our teams. Under this integrated approach, White Construction has achieved record-setting revenue growth in consecutive years and expanded our presence in strategic markets—including a successful re-entry into K-12.I believe in seeing the big picture while never losing sight of the people who make it all work.
