Main responsibilities include:[1] Gaining understanding of reservoir simulation principles and fluid injection/production prediction.[2] Studying the impact of produced water (PW) containing Oil (O) and Total Suspended Solid Particles (TSS) on reservoir performance.[3] Investigating filtercake formation mechanisms and related laboratory testing methods.[4] Building and running simulation models in Reveal/OPM for core-scale experiments with varying PW injection compositions.[5] Evaluating the suitability of different simulation models to capture experimental results, including comparison, ranking, and assessment of physical accuracy.[6] Assessing whether Reveal/Open Porous Media (OPM) are reliable tools for modeling PW injection processes.
