Broker Nerds is a SaaS product for the live event ticketing industry. It saves brokers a countless amount of time pricing their tickets so that they can focus on growing their business.My role as a Client Success Manager is to empower clients with the knowledge on using the tool. I provide product demos, resolve support requests, create FAQ articles, create tutorial videos, email marketing campaigns, client retention/extension, and generally help the clients figure out what features of the software they are not using and educate them on how to more efficiently use what they already have.

ABOUT DOMINIC MOTTILLO
I have always loved math, science, engineering.really anything technical. I went to school for network administration at Robert Morris University. I tried the IT route but realized relatively quickly that I was not very good at that side of IT. I was much better at the client relationship, business liaison side of things. My first \"real\" job was in two-way radio communications sales and account management. I took an underperforming storefront that was doing less than 30k a year in sales to more than 300k in 3 years. While that was a terrific job, I wanted more.I took a position as a technical recruiter. This just seemed to come naturally. I could talk the language of the contractors and job seekers I was trying to place and gained their trust quickly. Over the years, I was able to hone those skills into team building and leadership positions. I have what I like to think is a unique blend of technical, recruitment, and client-facing skills.I\'m not focused on titles. I\'m most interested in positions where I can make an impact helping clients, candidates, etc. Their success means that I\'ve done my job.
