Dominic Morris has over 25 years\' experience in leadership development, working with organisations and individuals as a coach, mentor, strategist, trainer and facilitator. Dominic is managing director of Blue Edge Training, which he founded in 1998, and a Master Practitioner for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the 2022 EMCC Global Supervision Award. He has worked as a senior manager in private and third-sector organisations, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).Dominic has helped to create real long-term change for organisations around the UK. He has a true gift for helping people and organisations to ask the right questions, to see things differently and discover new ways of working. His ethos is to create fresh thinking and new perspectives, then turn these into action through skill development and future-focused goals. Dominic has developed leadership programmes for diverse organisations. Some clients he works with: Shelter, Mencap, NHS, Medtronic, Action for Children, Stanton Williams and a number of students\' unions including University of Birmingham Guild of Students and Imperial College Union. He and Blue Edge also work as social entrepreneurs, mentoring and helping to develop leaders who want to create positive social change.Dominic often works with CEOs and board directors along their leadership journeys. Typically this may evolve from a one-on-one mentoring relationship to Dominic consulting on strategy, coaching senior leaders, and delivering bespoke training to the wider organisation.
