As a Technical Enablement Engineer, I thrive at the intersection of technology, learning and business impact. My passion lies in empowering teams - internal stakeholders, partners, or customers - to confidently adopt and maximize the value of F5 cutting-edge solutions (including F5 Distributed Cloud, F5 BIG-IP and F5 WAAP solutions).With a strong foundation in cloud computing, IaC, network and application security, I specialise in- Developing enablement programmes on a variety of F5 solutions, that transform technical complexity into clear, actionable and transferable insights- Collaborating with internal, customer and engineering teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer of valuable skills- Deploying, managing and troubleshooting F5 BIG-IP VE instances to support the technical enablement of F5 Engineers- Deploying and Configuring F5 Distributed Cloud infrastructure objects including AWS and Azure sites, HTTP Load Balancers, origin servers, Kubernetes clusters and more- Delivering engaging training and workshops that simplify complex solutionsAt my core, I am a problem-solver, Educator and an advocate for continuous learning. My goal is to not just learn about technology, but to train and enable others to excel with it too. Before F5, I was a focused and versatile technical instructor with over 10 years of experience in technical training delivery and public speaking. In my time with Netcom, I helped clients looking to get into the IT industry take off in their chosen career paths. My clients (between 15 to 40 years) were mostly from industrial, manufacturing and healthcare backgrounds. They also included recent graduates and apprentices.My biggest strength is in my versatility in learning new skills. I sometimes think of myself as a character from \'The Matrix\' in terms of being able to \'download and learn\' any skill on-demand. I have a passion for helping people acquire the core IT infrastructure skills they need to excel in their roles.My top courses include (but are not limited to) include CompTIA A+, Cyber security, Network+, Microsoft Azure and AWS courses. When I\'m not working, I enjoy evening strolls with my kids, gaming and shooting some hoops!
