Dominic JosephAs a RCM Manager with over 13 years of experience in RCM US Healthcare, I am passionate about Process Management/Process Enhancement. My journey has taken me through Accounts receivable Associate, Quality Analyst, Team Leader & Asst. Manager Roles, where I have honed my skills in Healthcare Management, Process Management, RCM Medical & Dental Billing Denial Management, Revenue Management, People Management & Quality Management using Six Sigma Tools.Currently, I am Manager at Guidehouse India, where I Manage end to end RCM projects with a span of 200+ people with a dozen leads & Assistant, Manager directly reporting to me. I take pride in saying with NLP training & continuous learning I do, I am able to grow stronger and enables me to excel in my current role.I thrive in environments that challenge me to work actively to maintain cumbersome project and people. My colleagues know me as a Cool Manager who handles things with ease, and I am always eager to educate and coach my team for their development and overall growth of the organization.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 year old, which help me stay balanced and inspired.
