Recruiting for roles in the Catering sector for State Schools, Private Schools, and Universities and Colleges- Liaising with Hiring Managers: Benchmarking salaries, offering recruitment advice, chasing feedback from interviews and applications, discussing roles in detail before advertising them, creating lasting relationships, minimising external agency spend by discussing ways to make the roles more attractive to candidates- Managing the ATS: Reviewing new applicant CVs, coordinating interviews, obtaining RTW documentation and references, offering the role, hiring, and closing expired or filled positions- Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone/TEAMS: Ensuring candidates have suitable experience and the right personality for the role, and in turn seeing if the role is right for them from their point of view- Implementing methods to increase personal efficiency: Creating job advert and social media post templates, creating email templates, creating call scripts, using OneNote to keep all tasks organised and handovers simplified and clear- Creating slideshows of recruitment data and presenting it to the HR Managers at meetings. Meetings are held all around the UK so I travel monthly to attend
