I pride myself on not been a run of the mill contractor, I am a collaborator, I work with the team (business, developers, testers, infosec, legal etc). To ensure we drive out the needs to solve/resolve an opportunity, with the view to deliver a product that not only meets the requirements at the outset but at the point of delivery to meet the vision of the business. I am able to not only take a view from the business but I am able to view the end customers needs and wants to ensure the UX/UI understanding it represented. I ensure the products I deliver add the value intended, I ensure the requirements are prioritised to deliver the most amount of value first, whether that is to meet a minimum marketable product (MMP)or refinement on MMP. I do believe in delivering the MMP then build from there.I have a track record of excellent communications skills, from business owners to end-users and everything between. I use my passion to ensure your product is mine and I do the correct thing for the product.Your values are my values, my ability to take a holistic view on projects to enable the correct priority items are in the right places. Website, mobile and tablet applications and software, point of sale systems and software are all areas I have worked, this has been proven in the retail market, motor industry and financial sector. I am a Prince 2 Practitioner, qualified Scrum Master and Product Owner accredited. This gives me the added advantage of being able to support and assist the transition from waterfall to agile.I have worked with a number of technologies and notation styles (JIRA, Confluence, TFS, Jenkins, cucumber). Created personas, storyboards, BDD acceptance criteria, user stories and vision boards etcManaged daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, sizing sessions, vision mapping requirement gathering sessions etc.
