Today, he is leading the company’s transformation into a global climate and advanced manufacturing platform focused on electrified mobility, hydrogen technologies, and sustainable transport infrastructure.Having begun his journey within the company at the age of 15, Dominic developed an early understanding of both the operational and societal role of public transportation. He was appointed President & CEO at 21, becoming one of the youngest leaders in the company’s history, with a mandate not only to steward a national legacy but to scale it for a rapidly changing world.Under his leadership, Francisco Motors is evolving beyond traditional vehicle manufacturing into an integrated ecosystem spanning electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, renewable energy-linked infrastructure, fintech-enabled transport systems, and international deployment partnerships across emerging and developed markets.
