As a Market leader I am primarily responsible for growth of the Jensen Hughes market share in Canada. I work to ensure the business is positioned to deliver high quality projects to our clients, both in existing and new service lines. This requires me to undertake operations as well as business development activities. Through an analysis of market trends and changing legislation I developed a strategy to aid in the delivery of multi million dollar growth in Canada. This included the increasing the geographical reach of existing service lines through client networking reinforced by the active training and mentoring of local representatives in client relationship management and contract negotiation. My success in these endeavors has been achieved through strategic development of my network of clients and colleagues. Through this network I am able to facilitate and coordinate multi disciplinary collaboration across North America, delivering tailored service packages enabling my clients to achieve their project ambitions. My core aim is to develop highly motivated teams capable of delivering complex and unique projects to an exceptional standard across North America.
