ABOUT DOMINIC BARTON

I am a project management and leadership professional, focused on successfully delivering programmes and projects within complex environments. Previously having worked as an experienced Information Technology Manager with a technical background, my strengths revolve around marrying an active technical skillset alongside knowledge of strategic planning and the delivery of change. I pride myself on the ability to build, lead and maintain high performing teams through a variety of environments and challenge.Having worked on both internal and external programmes of work, from the perspectives of both client and supplier, I have extensive experience and knowledge of working with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes and benefits.I have delivered a variety of different projects, ranging from transformation (developing a new build within a trust of schools), development (ongoing development of bespoke products alongside clients on behalf of a supplier) and improvement (internally focused improvement of existing software and infrastructures). Using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring the approach to needs of delivery and/or organisation.
