   Responsibilities include reaching out to the Alumni of Saint Patrick High School and keeping each member up to date on current events, achievements and plans within the institution. Establishing and maintaining relationships with Alumni and members of the Saint Patrick community in hopes to ensure a steady/high level of commitment and involvement with the student body and to the advancement of SPHS. Skills needed to be successful include constant active listening, providing personal attention to alumni and excellent face-to-face communication skills. The high volume of customer service and interpersonal communication experience I have gained over the years supplements the active listening and people skills needed. In a market where I am tasked to find new and creative ways to interact, maintain and attract alumni involvement with the school the previously stated attributes are a must. I am to work closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors, arranging its meetings, staffing its committees and ensuring strong and productive relationships between its members and the academic and administrative leadership. Also to plan, implement and promote alumni programs that support the Institute\'s strategic plan. Finally, I assist in facilitating and organizing various alumni events/programs. The goal of these events/programs is to engage a broad range of alumni and build/strengthen our current relationships. Furthermore, I am expected to help in the recruitment of prospective students to attend Saint Patrick High School. Working with the Director of Admissions to introduce alumni involvement in the admissions process. As the head wrestling coach, I also recruit and excite student-athletes to partake/join our top-quality wrestling program.
