I have been writing about New York, Connecticut, and national sports with passion and insight for more than 40 years. I have been a beat reporter covering the Giants, Yankees and UConn men\'s basketball, and I\'ve written at one time or another about any sport you can name, from squash to chess, Little League to the Super Bowl. I\'m a story teller, I like best to write about the people behind the games they play. My passions are history, antiques and music. First love: Baseball. I like New York in June.
