It owns and manages the Italian high voltage electrical transmission grid (around Km) PROJECT TEAM: • around 40 People MY ROLE: • Project Manager. Collaborating and supporting the Project Director in the project management activities TASKS UNDERTAKEN: Collaborating and supporting the Project Director in:• Facilitating, day-to-day, the project team to achieve goals and eliminate blockers• Controlling and monitoring the supplier activities, managing suppliers relationships and communication (e.g. communication plan, Monthly Progress Meeting)• Supporting the Project Control team in Planning, Cost Control, Budgeting, Progress Measurement, S-Curves evaluation, earned value analysis, variance analysis• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders through periodic (e.g. top management biweekly meeting ad reporting) and specific meetings and reporting• Managing the relationships with the public and private institutions involved in the project• Supporting the project risk management process• Equipping the team with a shared work management platform (Planner Premium) for controlling and monitoring short/medium term project tasks• Facilitating Weekly Project Team Review• Improving/developing Project Management tools and processes TOOLS:• PRIMAVERA P6: most powerful software for planning, scheduling, managing and executing complex projects • PLANNER PREMIUM: work management platform designed to help teams organize, track, and manage their work• MICROSOFT: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Think-Cell, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive

I strongly believe that a goal without a plan is just a dream. I’m an Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the project management field (PMP® certified). I’m working as a Project Manager in Terna (Italian Transmission System Operator, TSO). I had previous working experiences as- Project Control Coordinator in Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A (management and maintenance of motorway - around km - sections under concession)- Planner in Tecnimont S.p.A (large scale EPC-contractor mainly in the hydrocarbon sector - oil & gas refining, petrochemical, fertilizers, power)- Junior Project Manager/Operations Manager in Spada Srl (ENEL S.p.A Subcontractor).
