A proven Senior Leader in Capital Projects Delivery with over 23 years of experience building trusting relationships, I also have considerable knowledge of leading Infrastructure Asset Management policies, practices, and processes (including Financial, Operational and the Planning and Delivery of Projects), and over 18 years of experience managing and developing teams, including creating PMOs from the ground up.In July 2023 I joined the IH Major Capital Projects team, assigned to the Royal Inland Hospital (RIH) Phase 2 renovation project, and from that time to December 2025, the team, partners, and I have worked to deliver- a new Post Anesthetic Recovery Room (PARR)(26 beds)- a new Pediatrics unit (9 beds)- new BCEHS Stretcher Holding Bays (6 bays)- phase 1B of the Teck Emergency Department renovation (an area built to serve 70% of Emerg\'s patient volume and representing a 68% increase in floor area for the Emergency Department)- phase 1 of the morgue and autopsy renovation (including the 1st of 2 new autopy suites, and a brand new body cooler storage room / crypt with built-in room to expand)- phase 2 of the Teck Emergency Department renovation,(a dedicated MHSU unit with 4 strether bays, 4 recliners and 3 secure holding rooms)- phase 5 of the Teck Emergency Department renovation (3 new Medical Imaging Recovery stretcher bays, echo and echo procedure rooms, ultrasound room) and- over 300 site impact notices through eight phases and separate hoarded off construction zones active at the same time between July 2023 to October 2024 (over 650 impacts notices in total and growing).Born and raised in Ashcroft, along with family history from Lytton, I respect, appreciate, and understand rural communities and endeavour to support them. I value trust, respect, and integrity, and enjoy helping others.I am a proud Canadian and Italian, enjoy all things Formula 1 (Forza Ferrari!), helping my mom with her house and garden in Ashcroft, am always good for a coffee chat, a few laughs and learning new things, especially clinical workflows.I hold a diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology from The University College of the Cariboo (now Thompson Rivers University) in Kamloops, BC, where I also earned the Jim Keen Memorial Award for Mechanical and Sustainable Design Excellence.
