Responsible for the overall project procurement activities according to contractual requirement in terms of cost, timing and quality of the supply. To coordinate the procurement activities from the definition of the procurement procedures according to Project requirement and to coordinate procurement activities from the issue of the Material requisition up to the delivery of material at site in compliance with Project schedule. To ensure the Vendor’s assistance at site during construction and commissioning activities. To coordinate site purchase order during commissioning activities. To apply liquidated damages and back chargers to Vendors. To manage, in coordination with Administration Department the expiring of technical/performance warranties. To discuss with End User the extension warranties for strategic supply.Major ProjectsALBA Project – Sines – Portugal (PEL) plant (Univation) and (PP) plant (Basell, SPHERIZONE technology).
