ABOUT DOMENICO FOGGETTI
I am 58 years old and have been married since 28 years, I have 3 daughters, Alessia, Flavia and Roberta and I strongly believe in family values. These values are my strongholds on which all my personal and professional victories were achieved. My favorite saying is “The word impossible is not in my dictionary.” I was born in Bari, son of a three generation family of business owners. My parents have been my professional mentors teaching me fundamental business values such as “business risk”,\"the sense of ownership and the sacrifice that goes with it,\"\" the courage and caution of commercial management \". These concepts have been my guideline both in my experience as a business owner and as an employed manager by major corporations. I joined the commercial aviation industry in the year encouraged by a challenge that seemed impossible accomplishing objectives in a totally new market with a start-up company.These years have been fantastic offering me the possibility of increasing my business capacities and culture while discovering new markets and measuring myself against competitors of the highest level. The responsibility given to me to manage a group of professionals, according to an organizational vision targeted to the creation of a strong and cohesive team allowed me to develop and improve my organizational skills and to be responsible at the same time, author and leader of the professional growth of the team. The natural consequence of these actions was the achievement of the assigned territorial objectives.
