ABOUT DOMENICK NACCARATO
I’ve spent a good portion of my career working on websites. Not just how they look, but how they actually function. How people find things, how content is structured, how decisions get made, and how all of that impacts whether the site is useful or not. Most recently, I led global digital at ECI, where I was responsible for a multi-region website spanning thousands of pages. The work covered everything from SEO and analytics to CMS governance, UX, and day-to-day execution. We improved traffic, conversion, and overall site health, but more importantly, we made the site easier to use and easier to manage. A lot of my work has involved cleaning things up after growth or acquisition. Bringing structure to environments that have gotten messy. Fixing SEO issues, simplifying navigation, standardizing content, and putting the right reporting in place so people can trust what they’re seeing. I tend to be hands-on. I like figuring things out, testing ideas, and improving things over time rather than over-engineering them upfront. I’ve also spent a lot of time experimenting with new tools and approaches, especially around AI and how it changes the way we create content and interact with websites. Now moving into a new role at Veeva.
