I’m the author of nine books on Italian food and publish a weekly newsletter on Substack, Buona Domenica, with more than subscribers. I manage an active Instagram account with followers. My freelance stories and recipes have appeared on popular food websites and in leading magazines and newspapers. I teach cooking classes online and around the country, including with Milk Street.
