My time as an owner and operations director of Artisan Baking Resources, Inc and Baker No. 9 artisan bread micro-bakery was a true education into the commercial baking equipment industry. And how the equipment that makes all of our sweet baked goods is the heart of commercial bakeries. I provided sales, customer service and marketing, full cycle accounting, all legal and fiduciary office & accounting duties, web management, operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial controller with CPA for tax filing.I worked in Retail & wholesale mid-size Commercial Production Bakeries for 12 years before coming to Artisan Baking Resources, Inc. in 2011. Working with a crew of over 50 people this was an amazing experience, I managed every department in a wholesale bakery through the course of my career. Bookkeeping was how it all started, process control, budgets and taking charge of how they operated led me to manage many teams of highly skilled professionals in the baking industry and successfully implement processes from the front office to the delivery gate.
