I am a development professional with 8 years of experience across government advisory, rural livelihoods, and enterprise ecosystem strengthening. With a Master’s in Social Work (Women-Centred Practices) from TISS, Mumbai, I have worked closely with key departments of the Government of Himachal Pradesh including Horticulture, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, and HPSRLM on large-scale programs focused on sustainable livelihoods and women-led development. As part of the World Bank–funded HPHDP, I assisted in establishment and strengthening of FPOs across six districts, driving capacity building, governance improvement, value-chain development, and market linkages. My work also spans deep engagement with SHGs, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders to build inclusive, scalable rural enterprise models.I currently serve as a Consultant with EY’s Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, supporting programs in MSME development, skilling, entrepreneurship, and digital enablement, translating policy intent into measurable on-ground impact. I am passionate about empowering communities and designing solutions that create long-term economic opportunity.
