As a Senior Digital Programs Specialist, I work closely with other members of the Marketing team to provide strategic and tactical guidance for our digital programs. In particular I have been working in the Genetic Disease Testing and Reproductive Health areas to activate various programs on our digital channels.In this role I- Analyse and research the best digital channels to support our program goals- Work with the other Marketing functions to build out campaigns aligned to various parts of the customer journey- Execute our digital advertising campaigns on a variety of different channels, such as- Email Marketing (including nurture programs)- Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook)- Google Adwords/Display- Work with the digital programs team to share best practices, as well as develop a culture of learning within the team- Work with third party vendors to advertise our assets or events, aiding with integration of software, as well insuring we\'re able to track interactions and conversions- Build out and deploy programs for non-core campaign activitiesI work on a variety of different programs including brand awareness, new product launches, events, webinars and more, such as- ISHG - ESHG - COGEN - Festival of Genomics - and moreMy main focus has been to build out long-term sustainable awareness programs for the segments I represent, to nurture prospects down the marketing funnel. This has been a highly successful collaboration with the segment and program specialists, and has highlighted the value of taking an \"always-on\" approach.
