Out of LinkedIn’s employees, I’m part of a special community of 250 Culture Champions ‒ employees who go beyond their day job to create exceptional experiences that bring our culture to life around our 37+ global offices and throughout our remote community. Once a month, LinkedIn gives employees a day to invest in themselves and their communities. We call it InVestment Day, or InDay for short. It’s a day for connection, collaboration and co-creation. As a Culture Champion, I bring this global tradition to life in a meaningful way 12 times a year. Outside my official LinkedIn role, I work with peers and leaders to plan and execute experiences for our employees. Juggling in the workday, the goal is to always know what the glass balls are and what the rubber balls are as priorities always take precedent in the day-to-day.Outside of work, I can be found in the kitchen - either trying a new recipe or whipping up something for family and friends to enjoy!
