This work has so far included: Leasing with client to define scope of requirements, PID configuration, Kanban setup (in Jira), Presentations on status of project, ITSM/CMDB configuration, Service Portal, Integrations with several other platforms, security configuration, branding.Mentoring/task allocation for System Administrator.Governance documentation: SOPs (Cloning, Patching, Upgrades, Data Loads, Plugin updates, Update Sets, Development Cycle), HLD (Inc Architecture details, Risk Assessment, Integrations), LLD.Expected additions: SAM, HAM, SIR, ITOM.
