Programme Owner of the Equipment Qualification (SP4) and Containment Leak Rate Test (SP8) Surveillance Programmes at Sizewell B, UK.The EQ Programme is managed to ensure the generation and maintenance of evidence to assure that safety-related equipment and components will operate on demand to meet system performance requirements.Alongside EQ, the CLRT Programme Engineer is responsible for ensuring the leak-tight integrity of the reactor building/containment - ensuring that leakage summations total less than maximum allowable pathway leakage. Currently running as Project Lead for the upcoming ILRT that is performed every 15-years to prove leak-tightness of the containment building.Back-up Engineer support provided to In-Service Testing and Motor Operated Valve surveillance programmes.
