ABOUT DOM COSTANTINI
I have a passion for building people, teams, businesses, and projects. An entrepreneur at heart and with experience in startups, small to enterprise businesses. Construction is in my DNA. I value the lasting relationships and connections I have made in my 30+ year career in construction.My career started in the family construction and landscaping business, Mario\'s Concrete. In 2003 I joined trade contractor, Gibraltar Concrete, working as a Project Manager in commercial projects. In 2004 I joined Bird Construction where I began my 18.5 year career journey starting as a PC.
