In the first week that I have been here I have been involved in the kit reclaiming process which involves logging all of the returned IT equipment and checking if it is damaged/end of life and either storing it in the stock room or putting it in the area to be removed from the site. This also includes updating the stock database with the correct information so that all IT equipment is correctly accounted for.
