Placement UK is the largest and most successful retail specific search consultancy in the UK. We work fundamentally differently to other agencies in that we do not advertise our vacancies but instead use purely direct sourcing methods. Our database of candidates is made up exclusively from blue chip retail companies sourced through obtaining complete organisational structure charts of all retailers from Executive Director Level through to Administrators. We use our unique approach to exceed our client’s expectations. The candidates we represent are not actively seeking new roles, applying to adverts, or with their details on CV banks….They are not the same candidates which our clients could find themselves. We approach the 90% of candidates who are performing well, highly motivated and impactful in their positions but nevertheless open to consultation about their next career move.
